ShiftSlate is being built to turn messy WhatsApp updates into structured daily operations reports for camp and facility managers, cleaning and maintenance contractors, and small operations teams.

Our starting point is practical: a report covering occupancy, catering, maintenance, HSE and pending actions. Managers review the draft before export, and unfinished work becomes the next shift’s checklist.

We are validating the idea through sample reports and a small paid pilot before building a full system. The goal is less reporting friction and clearer handovers—not another tool your crew has to maintain.
